AxoTools

AxoTools is a Paper and Folia plugin that adds a progression system for tools. Instead of every pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe, or other configured tool feeling the same forever, tools can gain progress as players use them and unlock rewards over time.

The plugin is designed for survival servers that want long-term progression, configurable tool upgrades, and extra reasons for players to keep using and improving their equipment.

What does it add?

AxoTools lets tools evolve based on their usage. For example, when a player mines blocks with a supported tool, that tool can gain progress toward configurable milestones. When a milestone is reached, the tool can unlock rewards such as enchantments, special abilities, or other server-defined upgrades.

Server owners can configure how progression works, which tools are supported, what each milestone unlocks, and how the menus and messages look.

When enabled, AxoTools can connect tool progression with Jobs Reborn so progress depends on the player’s active job and the correct tool type.

Discord webhooks can be enabled to send notifications for important progression events, such as milestones or unlocked abilities. This feature is optional and can be disabled in the configuration.
